Question Okay, who ticked Ma Nature off ...

Near 70mph winds ... twice in the last few weeks ... 30-40deg temp swings for the last couple of months ... thunderstorms in Feb ... I mean, come on Ma, give us a break.

    Then today power off from 5pm - 915pm ....

Tornados reported in West KY, and still a potential for East KY to get in on the action.

Settle down, Ma Nature .... PLEASE !!

She’s been one mean ***** here lately. Lost power at 3:00 yesterday & still don’t have any & have a big locust tree to cut up that’s down in the front yard. I’m missing the Folgers about right now too.

I have to go out and survey the damage today. We never lost power but I think we lost some fascia metal and trees. Ugh

Certainly a weird storm. Pounding rain and high winds. Then blue skys and heavy winds. Changed from rain to clear in a matter of minutes

Half of Bardstown was out of power yesterday. Several neighbors trim and shingles got tore up. I had a piece barely hanging but made it thru. Stay safe out there during the clean up guys.

Bad here too. Minimal damage here at home but lost a barn on the farm in southern Woodford County. Shutter off the house, barn here at home lost a few shingles. Many others suffered more. Never lost power thankfully although many still out in the city of Versailles.

Local radio station DJ said 400,000 possibly still without power, but I don't know if that's the whole state or just their broadcast area. We had a bunch of big limbs & trees down here in town & semi's blown over near the I75/I64 interchange. I know of only 1 death in Lexington, when a tree fell on a vehicle.
From what I've seen from my short travel and around my Apt. Complex ... most downed trees or limbs blown down were from Locust trees.
