    Default Cave Run

Juan curious how many people on here fish Cave run lake. How is the fall bite going for you.
I have managed to catch a few crappie by trolling in 20 ft of water. Lot of throw backs oh.

Welcome to the forum. Wish I could help you but I'm sure someone will. It's been a tough bite for me in the Ohio river tribs. So far at least. It will get better.

    to the site.

I don't fish Cave Run, and I don't see many reports on here from other members, but know there are (were?) some that do fish there.

We'd appreciate it if you would post reports/pics from your trips there. Might even bring out reports from other members that fish it, or prompt others to go there & give it a try.

Not a crappie but did managed to boat him while trolling for crappie last week. 41.5 inch. Lucky I was able to boat him with crappie set up.
caught about 25 fish that day. Most were white bass ugh fishing for crappie. But hey I will take what is biting. The white bass averaged about 14-16 inches.
