Thread: KY Lake Shindig lodging

I've been talking to the folks at Lynnhurst Family Resort on Blood River for lodging for the dates October 6-9. This is farther away from where we have held the event in the past but new owners of this resort are excited to offer discounts on cabins, motel rooms and slip rentals. There should be RV spots available also. They have a marina with nice covered slips with electricity. An added bonus is they have a small restaurant on site that offers amazing food. I'm working with them on select hours for our group.

Blood River is a very large tributary of KY Lake that has great fall (and all year) crappie fishing. It is a short boat ride across to the LBL side of the lake.

Dennis, James and the rest of the Lynnhurst crew are some of the nicest folks you will meet and they are excited to see Crappie.com headed their way.

The Saturday event will be held at Aurora Park (next to the Catholic Church).

I have the Marshall County Cooperative Service office reserved as a backup plan.
