Another happy pair of clients. She caught the 16”er and lost another just as big at the net. I’ve been pulling Pico Squarebills behind #3 Off Shore Tadpole diving weights on a couple of dropper rods. Big fish last 3 trips hit those with 12-15 feet of line out.

The fish pictured had all spawned out. There might have been a small amount of eggs left but the sacs were 75-80% smaller than before spawn which is typical. Our crappie are in the best shape they’ve been in years!Originally Posted by CrappiePappy
