The company I work for extrudes the ceramic cores for the converters. They are sent off to be coated and canned at a different company

At best it appears to only slow them down. It is kind of a moot point if they tear up other things trying to get the converter.

I mentioned to my pastor, that one of our church members builds and races "stock" cars, and we should take both vehicles, after being fixed, to him to weld a rebar cage around the CCs. All you need is something to dissuade the thieves and have them move on to an easier victim.

Unfortunately not an option. Our Van and Truck are parked behind the building, so the thieves had ample time to crawl under both to perform their dastardly deeds. The van is normally parked in the garage we built for it and our bus, but it is filled to capacity with supplies for the tornado victims. The bus was spared as it is a diesel, and hence no CC.

Take a brave, foolish ,or very desperate man to crrawl under a vehicle and saw off a part of it. Most use cordless saws. They make a lot of noise.

Today palladium soared to an all time high of $3,440 on fears of sanctions. You can find articles on the web.
