    Green pumpkin is close but what I have come to know as KY Lake Green is almost a hunter green color. Usually not translucent but I have sometimes seen it with black fleck.

    I have never had great luck with that color but some people swear by it. It is almost the same color of the water at times. That might be part of it.

    I think this is the color kinda of a moss green. A fellow sent me this pic. It's southern pro firecracker color that he uses to mop up the crappie at big sandy during spawn

    I have been told it's an emerald green also.guess I will try several shades and see here in a few weeks

    The “KY Green” curly tail grub I use from Ken’s or Shelton’s has red and silver flake in it.
