Thread: Volunteer Sign-up List for Spring Fling @ Green 2022

I will add people & what they volunteer to bring as I receive confirmation of attendance & what item they volunteer to bring.

We will need side dishes & desserts, & a cook with cooking equipment, & peanut oil for the cookers.

Once we have a good idea on how many people will be attending, we may need added numbers of some of these items, so if you don't know what to bring ... hang on, we may need you to bring those additions.

There should be electricity at the picnic shelter, to cook or warm up food, but there's no guarantee it will be working (as we've experienced in the past), so you may have to do the cooking/warming at your place of lodging.

2 fish fryers, 1 propane tank, S&P Paper Plates and bowls forks spoons and plastic knives
still need cook and oil.

Buckeye and wife:

Soda Pop, Bottled water, ice, sweet tea, plastic cups. coolers to hold drinks and ice, trash bags (contractor size).

After considering Easter & the CUSA tournament schedule (on Green) that several of our members may be fishing .... "right now" the Spring Fling date will have to be on April 23rd. Barring any Covid restrictions/lockdowns interfering with that date .... it's our best chance at having one this year.
