I like November along the river myself. Got out again this week twice. Caught more bluegill than crappie. Last trip had 4 good crappie & 16 bluegill in the box but ended up returning them to the water for another day. Still have fish in the freezer from Spring that needs eaten before cleaning anymore. Small minnows under a slip bobber deep in that brush.
