Cpt. Steve .... I witnessed the same thing Monday at Green & Tues at Taylorsville (especially there). Green's fish were scattered all over the place and at the 20-25' depths (plus the quickly rising water). Taylorsville's fish were bunched in tight wads around submerged timber with multiple branches (none on straight up trunks) and at the 15-20' depths. They'd come rushing up out of the tree to check out the jig, study it a second or two, then turn and go right back into the tree. Even the dink bites were on the timid side !!!
