Nice catch.
Managed to catch a nice limit of crappie yesterday on Dale Hollow despite the rainy weather. On my early morning drive to the lake I drove thru snow flurries. By the time I finally got there, the sun started breaking through, but by 10am clouds started rolling in and by 11am a misty rain started falling. Noontime brought heavier rain causing me to break out my rainsuit. When I finally quit about 3pm the rain was still falling. However, I managed to find fish 18 ft deep in 20 FOW. Funny thing was I had to be in 20 ft...not 19 ft or 21 ft. I even tried shallower water 12-14 ft but only managed to catch 2 bluegill and one largemouth bass of about 5.5 lbs who dared to bite a 1/16th oz crappie jig tipped with a minnow and provided me with quite a tussel. (My Southern Crappie rod handled him without any trouble.) Thankfully he was on an outside pole of my spider-rigging spread. Ended up catching 29 fish from which I kept the 15 in the picture. The largest there in the cooler was about 1.5 lbs. Oh yeah, I caught three other bass ranging from 2 to 3.5 lbs in the 20 ft water all on crappie minnows. All in all it was a good day despite the weather and after the steady rain started falling, I had part of the lake I was on all to myself.
Nice catch.

Too blessed to be stressed!
Awesome job once again! You keep figuring out those fish at Dale Hollow. Making me want to make the run down there and give it a shot myself
