    Default Green River Lake update

Today the gates were opened! At full throttle and the lake full, it will average dropping one half foot per day. That means I should be able to get to my pontoon around January 15.

They had to pour or there would be a hugh hole in the bottom. Maybe they used a special dry mix?

All concrete will set under water.
It's a chemical reaction, not a drying one.
The longer it stays wet, the longer it cures, and gets stronger.

????? All my water level info sites say it's only gone down 3ft , and is still 21.3ft over Summer Pool (696.37 as of 710PM 12/27).

Looks like I was wrong. Got that from a Facebook post from Green River Marina. Propaganda.
