Got me a BIG piece of humble pie today...Went to cumberland today and needless to say I picked the wrong place or wrong day....DIdnt mark a limit of crappie all day on the depth finder but a bluegill or gar fisherman would have been in heaven....Only had 8 pretty good keepers and 2 dinks.....I thought the water level would have been perfect but most of my best spots was to shallow. Even tried a few of my old spots when to lake was a lot lower and nothing.....and like Kyfisherman post a few days ago all our fish came out of 8 fow. Nothing shallower or deeper not even dinks...

But you Were fishing. As is the nature of fishing there will be good days and not so good days. However the lessons learned from a bad day are every bit as useful if not more so than those learned on a good day. If I did great every time I went I might soon get tired of going.
