Probably one of the eyes on your rod. Check the tip.
Anybody have any solutions for a spinning real that fuzzes up line. I’ve got a Lews Wally Marshall Speed shooter combo with 6 lb Stren Crappie Mono that constantly fuzzes up. Is it the reel or the line?

Yep, eyes have it!
Depends on what you mean by "fuzzes up" the line.
If you're talking about the line having "fuzzy places" (or rough spots), then it is likely a burr in one or more of your guides. Take a Q-tip and swab around the inside of all the guides & tip eye, and if any of the cotton gets "fuzzed up" .... then there's your problem.
If you're being polite & following site rules about "foul language", and you're actually saying the line is getting "messed up" (as in birds nests, or loose coils flying off the spool when casting), then the line is likely the problem. It may be too stiff, too much of it on the spool, or both. It could also be a line memory problem, or possibly you're getting loose loops of line around the spool (from slow retrieve of very light lures), or it may just be line twist (caused by wrist snap casting motion and/or lures spinning in the air during the cast).
All the above..... if you do mean it balls up a like a bird nest it could be putting the line on in the wrong direction. When you spool a spinning reel be certain the line goes on to the spool in the same direction it comes off the spool of new line. i.e. if looking from behind your reel it is turn cw, be sure to lay the spool of new line flat down in front of you with the line coming off it in the same direction
