He must only fish the very north end (each side of the fork).... It would probably be pretty tough there but there are plenty of other areas that trolling can work...

Back to the real world. Not much down time when you are scheduled every day.
Justin kept saying we need one more good bite. We went to the wire before we culled a .88 with a 1.25. I guess one is always looking for that one good bite.
Justin and I both have to sit down and get a Pico crank order together. Realistically we probably lost 20 PICOs yesterday alone. We stuck our noses and the cranks into some nasty cover but made it work.
I had low expectations when Justin and I talked about fishing some regional events. We have now qualified for the Classic in both Crappie USA and CrappieMasters as well as guaranteeing we will now have to register as Pro Division due to our winnings.
Mitch at Pico had better stay stocked up. We’ve turned heads in both tournaments by making a technique work where folks said it wouldn’t. I’m really looking forward to ACT on KY Lake in June as well as some others I might not have considered.
Thanks to Justin for all his hard work with culling and keeping severely bleeding crappie going to weigh-in.

Your success confirms what I already knew......that being I desperately need to hire you and at least attempt to learn the methods of your technique because no doubt, they work!!

MR, Justin, great job. Man, you guys adapted well and showed that your techniques are here to stay. I guess it's good and bad about having to go to be a 'Pro' team, but I think you can handle this. Good luck in your future tournaments and look forward with me and my brother's trip May 17th with you. My brother has fished some, but not much. It's his birthday gift from me and he would be excited even if could catch one fish.

What were the top colors for y'all? Glad to see y'all putting up good numbers and making a good showing. I'm sure it's going to inspire others to give the tournament's a try, even if it's with local clubs.

With the rain and cloudy day I would say red craw was very good along with geezer clown and awesome. Biggest fish came on a bone orange! Early it was all dark colors like the craw but later in the day they seemed to just hit about anything we had out
