    Default Barkley/KY Lake Report

Took my old man down to fish the past few days. Fished little river, north Barkley and Jonathan Creek. Thursday we didn't do so good but yesterday we had 31 keepers and 10 this morning in a couple hours. Big fish was 1.87. All caught long lining in 8 to 15 feet of water. Water temp 54 to 62. Go to the South Carolina board and read the sticky on long lining. My setup is different than most as I have a small boat and transom trolling motor.

Was you catching these in the muddy water or did you find clearer water somewhere. Came over Jonathan creek bridge yesterday and it looked like chocolate milk on both sides.

We did catch fish in Jonathan Creek on Friday. It was muddy but not terrible.

Fished Ledbetter yesterday, slow but managed a dozen. Good fish thou.
Water looked good. Not too bad considering cold front and winds.
