What do you have to do to get to the state championship?
To get to the state championship you must finish in the top 5 in angler of the year in a local division. Or finish in the top 10 in a division classic . To be eligible to fish the classic you must fish 1 open event and 1 1 pole challenge. You may fish more than 1 division. We have divisions on lake cumberland, cedar creek/ Herrington, Taylorsville, cave run, Nolin/ rough River Lake, Kentucky Lake, Dewey lake in eastern Kentucky, and green river. It’s pretty much state wide.
Thanks!

Man, don't want to be negative, but what do you have against the guys/gals fishing per the KY regulations for Crappie? Two tournaments listed as 1 pole, no live bait listed. Good luck monitoring/verifying one pole and no live bait used during these 1 pole/no live bait tournaments. Did not see the rules for the May 11th or the June 8th tournaments. Are these also 1 pole/no live bait tournaments? or 'normal' fishing rules?
