    Cant say about the crappie in cumberland but a friend is catching some monster stripers right now in the river.

    Negative. I've really wanted to get down to Cumberland again this year but haven't. Another problem is that it's tough for me to go there and not try for stripers

    Went on 7/24, fished mainly in Fishing Creek. Could not find any keepers...caught a few short fish and some bream. Water level was 4' below summer pool and water temp was around 83 degrees. Maybe the water temp will cool off soon and they will move back shallower. Good luck if you go .
