Size: 49.7 KB Ended the day with 17 10 to 13 inches long most all of them came out of 25 fow. Probably haft on live minnows the other haft on a 1/16 oz jig. Would of had a limit but storms put me off the water.

The water color is perfect in the river just a little murky and 45 deg most everything i caught yesterday was in 25 fow holding tight to stumps or the very ends of lay downs.Jigs tipped crappie nibbles and live minnows worked about the same.

You reckon they're down that deep and holding close to cover on account of the water level being pulled down so hard ?? COE chart shows a steady drop rate of about 10ft over the last two weeks, so that could be why.

Well I am hoping to get down the first week of April, and thought Id log in and hope that DRC had a thread going and Whala here it is. It seems the water temp is hovering around the same as my home lake in sw ohio 46 2 weeks ago and 42 sunday, but we managed 10keepers 2weeks ago and 22 this past sunday, fish were scattered deep and shallow with some still in there winter pattern, biggest fish were females hopefully staging for the spawn. I was wondering what section of the lake you got the temp reading from? toward the dam or more toward the creeks? thanks for your reports they help my game plan!
