    Default Barren river lodging?

Was thinking about a couple day trip to Barren in the near future. Does anyone have a recommendation on lodging. I like clean and safe. And if possible maybe a kitchen and fish cleaning staion but it doesn't have to have either it just makes it nice.

It may sound crazy but being from the area I've never stayed at a cabin around the lake but I do know there are plenty around. BarrenRiverblog | Enjoy all that the Barren River, Barren River Lake and their communities have to offer.

The site will show plenty of cabins and also lake conditions and levels. It also has maps worthy of looking at. I'd also recommend Barren River Lake State Lodge. They have cabins and also the main lodge that houses a buffet that I have enjoyed many times.

I personally have never stayed there but I have heard good things about this place:

Look up "Four Seasons" just south of Glasgow on 31-E. It's a little bed and breakfast that stay PACKED when Barren River has bass tourneys. My brother used to stay there when he came to town to visit (Before moving back). No fish cleaning station, but should have everything else you'd want.
