Default Giving the Crappie a break

I saw yesterday’s forecast for sunshine and 15 mph winds out of the North and I decided it was time to check in on the duck hole for a little socializing and hopefully some wingshooting. The wind didn’t disappoint and neither did the ducks. I guess I’ll switch back to the fish for now though until the next front rolls through. It sure is tough sometimes juggling multiple hobbies with work always getting in the way!

BACON!! Get that smoke to rolling out of the cooker when ya lift the lid. It works like a charm! Don't let the feds know or they will outlaw duck blind breakfast cooking!

Duck blind breakfast is just about the best part of duck hunting around here.
