Just as last year I have compiled a master "checklist "showing the major items needed to put on this wonderful Shindig. This is how I will handle it once again this year:

Pick an item on the below list and post in this thread on what you will bringing or be covering. I will check this thread on a daily basis and when someone claims an item I will mark it as "check" behind the item. We will do this until all items are covered. Remember, we had about 75 members show up last year, so there will be some of the items I will be taking several hits on before I will "check" it off (Such as plates, utensils, paper towels, etc.) Once it is "checked" off that's it....... Consider it off the list. This is how we keep from having way too much of one item and waste. So here we go ladies and fellers........Please post up!!!! It'll be here before you know it and its gonna be a great time with some awesome seminars and some great fishermen and women!! Not to mention the food!!!!

Darrin, I can bring a BIG slow cooker of soup bean (white beans) and some chow-chow relish. I'll bring bowls also for the soup beans.

I'll be cooking fish with cajun fryer.

I may be able to make it after all. Not bringing my boat so I'll probably be there Saturday only. Looking forward to seeing all the crew.
