Thread: 2017 Kentucky Lake Fall Shindig Master Checklist!!!!

I am going to do the fish a little different this year. I am not going to fry fish until 5 min before time to eat. I can fry pretty fast in the ole Cajun fryer.
This way everyone gets HOT fresh right out of the oil fish. Instead of fried and covered soggy crappie. I hope your short weight for hot fish will be well worth it.

Mark how many gallons of Oil do we need? I'm bringing 5 gal and someone else is doing 5 gal. I can get more just say how much!

Just as last year I have compiled a master "checklist "showing the major items needed to put on this wonderful Shindig. This is how I will handle it once again this year:

Pick an item on the below list and post in this thread on what you will bringing or be covering. I will check this thread on a daily basis and when someone claims an item I will mark it as "check" behind the item. We will do this until all items are covered. Remember, we had about 75 members show up last year, so there will be some of the items I will be taking several hits on before I will "check" it off (Such as plates, utensils, paper towels, etc.) Once it is "checked" off that's it....... Consider it off the list. This is how we keep from having way too much of one item and waste. So here we go ladies and fellers........Please post up!!!! It'll be here before you know it and its gonna be a great time with some awesome seminars and some great fishermen and women!! Not to mention the food!!!!
