Thread: cave run fishing not catching keepers 3/25

Fished upper stretch Long branch to poppin rock....fished all depths. two foot to twenty all little fish five to six inches.... minnows ,jigs didn't matter I did not try dynamite... should of..... lost vaccum on gas blub quit around three thrity..... did not see anyone catching anything of size.... lol had binoculars out... beautiful day bite wasn't on for bigger fish .. did get to main body cause of motor....water temps started out around fifty and was fifty five when I left,,, hope someone busted there little fins.... a little muddy at poppin but clear halfway up by the time to got to bangor the one brush pile I really wanted to set up on got close and bass fisherman Zoomed in made 6 cast and left.... Rude dudes....My PTSD had me tap dancing in the boat.... and that little blue flame was lite and backside was getting warm would of qualified for monkey butt......I'm not a bad person I just have bad thoughts..... got to remember paint ball gun next time....LOL

CP...... thanks for asking, I personally have a slot limit and a fifteen fish limit unless a fish fry is looming and number of eaters......I like fish to be at least ten to twelve inches and release the rest... Have keep a few over two pounds..... takes to long to grow them that big and good for the gene pool!!!! I will get them in the boat take a selfie lol then release..... and you out there.....
