Hello all, new guy here. Planning on spending a little time this spring on Barkley. Not real familiar with the area or crappie fishing in general but I'm bout to give it a shot lol.
Where can a fella get live bait in the Little River to Prizer Point area. Thanks in advance!

Hilltop has shiners, bigger than your typical fathead minnow. <typically. I can't speak for if they actually have them right now but that is where we get bait over there.

If you're in the Prizer Point area they had minnows at the end of Hwy 274 and Hwy 93 at the Corner Market, I haven't bought any in quite a while. You might check the Handy Korner Market. Eddy Creek Marina will have minnows this spring.

If you are at the Little River to Prizer Point, I would Say Hamtown Gas and Go across from Subway or Handy Korner closest to Prizer Point on highway 274 or Rock Castle Road, always call ahead because either can be hit or miss on having them available.
