Prayers sent. I will also tell you it takes awhile, up to a year, to get all the kinks out after replacement surgery. I just celebrated a year on right knee and in another month a year on the left knee. Best decision I ever made.

Thanks guys. It's really starting to get hard to keep my head up and be positive about this deal. I've had lower back issues for several years that only required an adjustment from a chiropractor every 6 months to 1 year. When I came out of the knee replacement surgery and they started my PT, I was screaming from the thigh and hip pain. They po-poed it off since they hadn't done any cutting in that area. My at-home and out-patient PTs both sent me back to my surgeon due to the pain. My surgeon sent me to a pain management clinic. After his examination, he said I had to get an MRI ASAP so he would know how to proceed and where the nerve impingement is located. He's hoping he can take care of it with steroid injections into the nerve bundle going down my left leg. I got the MRI Friday and hopefully by Tuesday will know how we will proceed.

The eye is a mystery that I hope will be taken care of with the drops he put me on. My vision is perfect with no eye pain other that a slight scratchy feeling at times.

I appreciate all the PMs, texts, e-mails, visits. I'm climbing the walls wanting to get in the boat. I'm driving and that helps. I've been able to cut WAY back on pain meds even though the pain is now diagnosed as nerve pain and not muscle/surgery pain. We'll see how the next few days go.

Sounds like you are really having a tough time. Only hope the best for you. Those pain meds always scare me so I get off of them as soon as possible. Hope you get back on the lake soon.
