    Default A few Barkley Redear

Took my daughter fishing the other afternoon and we lucked into handful of nice sized Redears. I didn't have a scale on me but I'm thinking a couple of them had to be pushing at least close to 1 1/2 lbs. I have never caught any that were that plump before.

No matter how old I get there is still something special about seeing a bobber getting pulled under. But even far better is watching your child's excitement when they have one on the end of their rod.

Great times. Teach your children to fish.

This is an important picture and proof right here!! I've tried without success to catch redear in the fall on these lakes. Nice catch!

On bottom? Redworms? Depth? Evening? Sorry about the questions, I just love redear fishing.
