Made it out a few hours before dark, fish seemed a little tougher after the front. Wound up with 11 keepers from 15-23fow jigging over natural cover.

A buddy and myself managed to catch our limit of 30 crappie today. water temp was 58 this morning and 64 when we left shortly after noon.Fish were scattered with most caught out of 12-16fow fishing 6-8feet deep with jigs tipped with nibbles.only a few thumps today,most of the bites were just resistance on line.no big fish just good eaters up to 11 inches.long.

Took a trip to Cedar Creek yesterday, fish we're very tight lipped. I can count the number of bites on one hand. I did catch a 1 1/2 lb bass and a 12 inch crappie, only two fish all day. The bass hit two different poles burying both of them before I hooked him. The crappie I never knew it bit. I was drifting in the wind and saw a rod load up like it was hung in a tree, luckily it was a fish.

Started fishing at 9 this morning water temp was 53.caught all my fish in15 to 20 fow on jigs.water still stained.the fish were more aggressive than they have been.managed a limit by 11.
