20's the limit and it didn't take us long
The fish were fat, the tug was strong
A number 2 gold and a tiny little weight
Tossing meat on some 2 lb, the catchin' was great

The eggs were still raw
The beds were a plenty
O how I wish the limit
Was more than just twenty
