Congrats to the Hoosiers. You are correct, I won't have to worry about UK b'ball games interfering with my fishing any more till Nov.

I told my son yesterday morning that IU had the post people to expose the lack of a post that would get UK beat. UK had a decent season but was exposed several times as lacking heart (Poythress) and skills (Skal) in the middle. Even a good team is not going far without an all-around team and good effort. Our 2 great guards only carried us as far as they could.

Well said Mr. Dux. Like you, now I don't have to stress about games and fishing conflicts. I still believe in UK. There is just something special about the time honored tradition, excellence and history of UK basketball in the Bluegrass. We are blessed. Go Big Blue.

But lets not forget the Gillispie era or the Tubby era! granted Tubby a NC at UK but with who's players? Tubby also had some good recurits but wasn't a good fit at KY/ I'll take Calipari any day! He's been t 3 or 4 final 4's since 2010.

IU had some bad losses in December. Because of that they didn't get they didn't get the recognition they deserved. KY was a big win over a rival but just a win. I don't ever recall the team that won the Big Ten getting a 5 seed usually they get a one or two seed. Off to Philadelphia to take care of business.
