Blood River 10/25/2015
Hi Guys,
I wanted to let you all know the bite is improving here on Blood. Lots of shad and crappie following into the shallower water. Caught some good whites in 5-8 feet of water yesterday. Cleaned them and they were full of shad. Lost a water pump today before I could get on them today. Gonna hit it hard the rest of the week. Some of you might know me as Old Guide. Haven't guided in a few years due to certain issues. Hope to get more active as time goes by. Good to be back on here! No place like Kentucky Lake!!!

Real good.Like the Blood river.One of the few places I ever fished in sleet and snow and wind blowing like a hurricane,man those waves can get big out near the mouth.Caught fish though.
