I borrowed that term from Wiskers. The terms most of us use for pleasure boaters won't get by the mods. Lake lice include any boats not used normally for fishing.

Thanks for sharing, keeps me going back. Got out Thursday over here and got three biggins an two fellas happened along, Dean an Brad, an told me they were bass so I threw them back. Shad was a good color that evening too. Over here I refer to your lake lice as wake makers. Lucky for me they tend to go into hibernation after Labor Day.
