    I'm heading down this week with my pops to fish for some bluegill and hopefully redear. We will be fishing the northern end of the lake. How are things going down there so far?

    Good luck bud! You think guys are tight lipped about crappie fishing guys are even worse about gill and definitely redear fishing! I'll be heading down on the 13th was there in mid April things were starting to warm up a bit should be about to get good soon! Good luck and tight lines!

    Fished N Barkey yesterday and last Tuesday. All I can is fishing is slow. Everyone I talked to was doing about the same. I don't think they've moved up yet. Water temp is still a little cool. Couldn't find any beds and all my normal spots were empty. I think things will really get going after this next week of 80 degree days
