I've never liked Notre Dame in any sport but I have to give them all the credit in the world for playing what was almost a perfect game tonight. They came in with a better game plan and almost made it work for a win. Kudos to them. The talking heads have been trying to put together a game plan that would beat KY. ND had that plan and almost made it work.

UK did what it takes to squeak out a win and that's what champions are made of. Two more to go and it won't get any easier.

It seemed UK couldn't find that rhythm or stride that they always had throughout the year, but when Irish had to in-bound the ball with 40 seconds on the game clock and 1 second on the shot clock, both teams knew the momentum had swung to UK. Great playing and coaching in that game.

This team has the will to win. They have done it all year, in games where they were outplayed, they made plays when the game was on the line. This is a very special team, 2 more!!!!!!!!
