    Default Warning MAWARE ATTACK


    To all my fellow fisherman, did not know where to post this but my NORTON 360 picked up two malware attacks on this site this morning, make sure your computer is protected. don't know who the Moderators are,but if you know can you please pass this on to them.

    I've run multiple scans of the whole crappie.com server and found nothing. I used a variety of software products including including Google Webmaster Tools, ClamAV plus others.

    If additional details of the event are known please them PM me. I would need something specific to scan for. I'm thinking perhaps it's a event local to your PC because I've not heard any other reports.


    No malicious activity or malware detected.

    Could have been one of those "Fake" malware notices (trojan malware picked up from some other site visited).

    I came on shortly after the original post & after "G" had replied ... and got no warnings or notices. My Avast antivirus program will pick those up pretty quick and lock the website link out (& pop up a notice that it has done so).

    My PC was playing music this morning and was hearing commercials. My wife did a disc cleanup and fixed it
