    Massive cold front with flash flooding rains leading up to it. I won't lie.... it's not looking good.

    I'm also coming down this weekend and staying at the Early American motel in Aurora. I wont mind the high water. I'll be looking for the bluegill and ear beds. May still do a little crappie fishing too. Hope to run into you guys down there.

    We caught three redear, talk about screwed up! Cold front did a number on the bite IMO!

    Caught lots of gills and about 20 redears. Cats were everywhere and hitting our little jigs tipped with Gulp Alive. Got up today and it was another cold, wet windy day so we just cut out stay short. Got an email and photo from my niece and nephew who toughed it out that they caught 70 gills today and one redear.
