Truman lake page in missouri did the same thing. I ended up doing a google search of the lake and found it. They had changed something. All I know is my new book mark works.
Same thing happened to me. I had to do a goggle search to find it. Old URL doesn't work.
Best to contact the COE office via phone and advise of the problem. Since it is a long holiday weekend, they may be doing some database router admin during this time.
Sent them an email earlier today but have not heard back yet. Hopefully thier site is just under construction. Can't even get any lake info on Greenriverlake.com
The Louisville and Nashville districts have redone their websites about a month ago. Old URL does not work, you need to goggle the respective districts to get their new page. All the information is not up yet.
Here's a new one but you have to do each lake and is updated often
nolinriver.uslakesinfo/Level.asp. Barren is the same just change out nolin

I stumbled across that one last year and use it a lot for keeping up with water levels.
Try this link. It is not the same as the corps site and does not give as much info, but it does list the KY lakes on the same page.
Kentucky Lakes
Also this site for lakes nationwide.
