It was slow Sunday afternoon. The water temp is well over 90 and they were not pulling current.
I would plan my crankbait trips for the mid to late afternoons during the week and work secondary channel eldges and deep cuts.
Good to hear from you Ezgo .looking forward to the sauger bite .I made 4 glass traps over the past winter .they look as good as the ones you get from a bait store. Looking forward to puting them to the test. If you get up that way let me know how you do. Mrdux it is also good to hear from you. Will be headed your way soon maby put it off till early October ,but looking forward to the trip. Did not have a very good spring but hope is always bountiful.you said secondary chanles how much water are we talking about .
The cuts and drops I've been catching crappie on Bandits are about 10-12 on top and drop off into up to 30.
