I have same question? Wife and I fished Saturday from 7:30 until 3 and looks like you had better luck than we did. Caught a bunch of small ones.

Same goes for me. If conditions don't change,(clear water, sunny skies) I think I'll try shaded drops 25 to 30 ft. Marked a lot of fish that deep in open water. Maybe someone else has some clue.

Us Hoosiers had a bad weekend as well. The crappies were not hitting at all. Fished 3 days and only managed 38 keepers when we usually have a limit of 25 each by noon.
Talked to a buddy in Illinois and he said they had the same luck. So my guess is the lakes have turned over????
The bluegill were feeding good all weekend though. Sure hope they turn back on for next weekend.

If someone figures it out or has luck somewhere please share with me. We fished Rough River 2 weekends in a row and only managed 34 keepers out of 2 weekends. I understand they may be biting now from olegreenboat on fishin.com. Wife and I should would like to put some in freezer for winter months.
