    Default Barkley April 1-4

My buddy and I went to Barkley for the first time ever and really enjoyed our trip. We didnt limit out on any day but we managed to bring back around 60 keepers with a big fish of 2.2 pounds. We caught the majority of our keepers in about 12 feet of water over brush on drop offs. We felt pretty good about our trip considering if was our first time on the lake. Here are a few pictures.

12 foot and brush........just your style. Good job and thanks again for the pics.
If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles.

I'd say yall did darn good considering it was your first time on that lake. Barkley is a tuff lake to get a handle on. Great pictures!

Wiskers......this guy has about the same reputation in Southern Illinois as you do at Kentucky Lake. He's a machine! Always posting some good fish. This didn't surprise me at all when he posted these fish on his first trip! I guess some people just got it....huh Wiskers?
