Kayak cart
I built this cart to get my kayak with trolling motor from the truck, campsite to the water and launch.
The cost was 2 wheels and stainless steel bolts, nuts and washers.

That should work well. But I personally prefer the type that strap to the kayak at a balance point.
This greatly reduces the amount you have to lift while pulling
I have one I made out of bicycle wheels.

Slide the kayak out of the truck onto the cart, put 1 strap around center. Back cart into water to launch and load back on the same way. Lift kayak into truck when finished.

I have Magellan from Academy Sports that was given to me. Another one like it that I got cheap at an auction. No box to know what brand. I would get the kayak straped to the cart really go and start towing, hit a bump and the kayak would come off everytime. Get to the water, unload the kayak into the water, reload and away I'd go. Now I have a trolling motor on it. Kinda hard to get it in deep enough water without getting wet.
