New or used? Used yes, but maybe not new, if wanting something with options in it. But I know a place in Ohio, that makes pontoon boats in that size range, if you wamt to look at somnthimg like that also.

I have a SeaArk 860XV Bought it new 9 years ago...I love it...Never a problem with welds or seams. Its a 18ft. boat with 60 inch wide bottom..topside its 86 in. wide. Powered by a 90hp Yamaha 4 stroke.
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

Lots of good welded aluminum boats out there today.
Sea Ark is known to be among the best.
War Eagle is also.
Richard Gene has an Alweld, made in Arkansas and so do i, although mine is smaller than Richards.
The Tracker Grizzley model is also welded.
Ten thousand would buy a nice boat new if you shop at the right time.
i have about half that amount in a new ( leftover ) 2018 1442 Alweld Jon with a new ( leftover ) 2018 Merk 20 hp electric, and a new EZ Load trailer. Of coarse thats bare bones, NIC trolling motor, rod holders, etc.
It’s a whole lot more boat than the basic Tracker 14’ jon boat and other similar ones.
But it’s still a Jon boat, and best not used on big water except in nice conditions.
It’s most likely because the guys fish them extra hard . Some of the guys here really go hard at the fish . I do know one of them has rebuilt his motor on his about 3 times .
One of the others rebuilt his motor on his once . I still have a fancy for one myself,so it isn’t like I think they ain’t good ,just an observation.
Heck one of them I was riding with one trip took so much air one day on a long run up a big lake we tore the transducer right off the transom!
