Yes trolley is installed made up a dog bone with pool noodle to flother the anchor line and a figure 9 banner from nite eyes so I can break away from the anchor quickly if the need arises

I put a trolley on mine but since I made my parking pole I hardly use it.

I picked up one of those white fiberglass poles online pretty cheep a year or so ago. I would show you in a photograph, but I painted it camo and you probably wouldn't be able to see it! I haven't used it yet, or even taken it out on the kayak with me yet. It's a bit heavier than I would like. I think those fancy, store bought versions are much lighter and made of aluminum (I think). I haven't given up on it yet though!

Jack,I don't know how long a pole you're talking about, but mine is 6' I made from an oar I bought at Walmart for $17. I cut the fin on each side and it made a perfect point. I looked at store bought poles, but they're way too expensive. Here's the link.

Question how do use the pole and how do you attach it? I am assuming it is an anchor of some sort.

You stick it in the bottom and attached your kayak to it. Like the shallow water anchors you see on all the bass boats these days.

Spent about 3 hours out this morning. Got buzzed by a few bass boats, paddled just shy of seven miles. Fished a little and got skunked. Realized the the transducer was on backwards contrary to what the directions said. So I swapped it around which worked out I would have rather had the wire between the stern and the arm.
