I am surprised nobody has mentioned the Jackson BigRig yet. Very nice paddling boat. I believe I saw where Caney Fork (Nashville location) had a BigRig holdover/demo for sale. It might be worth the ride up (especially if you're in N. Alabama).

I'm a big guy. 6'2 290 lbs. I fish out of the Jackson Kilroy and love it. Good luck with your search
Thanks guys...I am not familiar with the Frontier, but the Jackson Kayaks I am familiar with. The Big Rig, Coosa and Kilroy all seem to be excellent fishing Kayaks from the reviews. AdCarson79 what length Nucanoe were you and your friend fishing out of? I have found a used 10' close by.
I have a frontier,it's 12'x41" I believe.My son is 6'-200 lbs,I'm 5'8"- 235, with us and our gear we are pushing over 550, it is very stable.
Jhef, who sells the Frontier 12 in the Decatur area? Yaker said it was 41" wide that is a wide Kayak.
