Thread: Kayak trailer ?

My brother-in-law started this trailer. It was a boat trailer from a scrapyard that he wanted to make into a pop up/out camper. 4X8 box with beds on the sides. They bought a camper instead. He died and I got the unfinished trailer. We used it to haul camping gear for a few years. I had a canvas carport that the weather got to a couple of times. I cut the frame to fit the trailer. Cross pieces will carry 2 yaks on each side. Depending on width 2 to 4 in the center. Plus the box for camping gear. Remove the racks, cover with a tarp, throw a bed on the floor and good night.
