    That will do.
    I ordered a pair of orange bike flags from Sears, pretty good price. I got a pair of yellow C.C flags. Got 3 orange bike flags from an auction for $2.50 each. I'm set for all my kayaks.

    Don't own one but were it me, I would go to Lowes or Home Depot and get one of their small aluminum extendable paint poles. Install me a holder and put a big flag on it. No sense in knowing up front that it is dangerous and not doing everything you can to stay safe.

    This is what I came up with this past weekend. The garage door is a little over my head, so maybe 7 feet? I figured that would be tall enough. It only cost about $30 in materials, but I bought a couple things of paracord and plastidip for the pole. It's black now, but the flag is pretty big 10" x 15". I wanted something they could see from outer space. My mom cut up one of the orange hunting vests they had laying around. She is making a lighter weight one of Hi-Vis nylon today or tomorrow. She likes sewing and embroidery, so I gave her something to do for their cold weather they are having...
