    Anything special about slapping a permit decal to the Poly?

    yeah it usually doesn't stick for very long. Might try using a hairdryer or hot air paint stripper to warm the plastic up first. I better option is to mount the sticker to a plate, and then ziptie the plate to the kayak.

    Please keep this sticker stuff on the down low. If Gov. Cuomo finds out, it will just be one more thing NY can Give use a fee and fine for. We are already dead last out of all 50 states for liberal and finacial freedoms.

    I think the idea of affixing the permit to a metal plate or placing it between two pieces of plexi glass and then zip tying it to the yak is going to be your best solution.
