    Default Space saver

RetiredRR commented that he sometimes carries to much weight with him here's ann idea on tackle saver that I use when I troll for crappie, we use double tied jigs and I use a split ring and pre tie my jigs and then I wrap them around a swim noodle, lays in your crate out of the way, very fast to change colors and easy to break if you get a hang up, I use a small snap swivel on my rods and reel and have 6 lb test line.

I use the swim noodles to wrap my homemade "capps and coleman" rigs around.

I like to stick the bottom jig in the foam, wrap and stick the second jig into the foam as well, wrap and use a toothpick to hold the top loop in place.

Jann's has foam noodles with a clear tubing to put the noodle into, works great.
