    GO BIG ORANGE !

I meant to behave, but there were just way too many other options available at the time.

You'll like that paddle. I used it to do the MR340. Paddled 340 miles in 78 hours using that paddle.
The best way to get to where you want to be in the future is to act like you are there TODAY.

Those are down riggers. These will hold weights from 2 to 4 pounds and will go down to 100' deep. They are used for striper fishing and plan to use them for brown trout on one of our lakes. You clip your line with the bait onto the weight-ball to get it down to the level the fish are holding. When the fish bite your line comes unhooked from the weight and you fight the fish with your rod & reel. After the catch you have to reel up the weight to reset your bait at the depth again.

Thanks Bryon, I think I'm going to be very happy with the Wilderness. Almost have it setup and ready, still waiting on a transducer to come in and a few other things but they should be here this week. Here are a couple pics of it now.

That Yak is Crazy Awesome! You did a great job rigging it. I don't think I'd change one thing.
Wishing you Blue Skies and Tight Lines
