Chasing, good luck, and waiting to see pics, as you build it.

    I plan on it.

Trying to order my pontoons now, but all the dealers are telling me they don't have any parts to sell. One gave me contact info to the manufacturer and I have an email into them. One of the resellers said something about them not making toons now and trying to lower inventory for a sale. Company being sold? I have an alternative for toons but I have to buy a whole water vehicle and strip off the top to build decking.

    Cheers

On page 8, the link I put there, check them out. They sell kits too. They are out of Springfield Ohio.

Too big. Wanna pull this behind my HHR. Mine with trailer will be about 500 lb total.
Thanks though. Images in post 8 page 1.

Not looking good for the kid buying poly toons. Manufacturer's Salesman tells me that the parts are an unknown for the future of the company. He will not be able to tell me definitively until the end of the month.

An aluminum toon with a 10 ft by 5 ft deck that will handle a 7HP outboard (I have) and a mount for a Terrova (I have) would be $4200 shipped... no trailer no seats. Total bare weight of the toon is 350lbs or so the sales rep tells me.. Trailer I have. Seats I can add. But I'll have to save up little more for the $4200.00.

Waiting to hear definitively about parts before I switch tactics.

    Cheers

Trust me I have prolly sen em all. I found a set of 12Ft Aluminum toons for less the $2K. Waiting to hear the decision on the Poly toons from the Mnfctr before I change gears.

    Thumbs down

I'm no longer getting any response from the Polyfloat manufacturer.... starting to lean to either they are not going to make them any longer or they have been told to ignore the questions for now.

Decided I'll just save up my pennies for the aluminum mini-toon / flatboat and customize to suit me and my needs.

If the situation changes I'll update then

    Cheers
