well g whiz, you asked didn't ya ? LOL Don't think the colors are get much better, took a ride this past Sunday in the Smokies and the colors are pretty much muted or dull imo, but still better than no color.

I'm several hours away from Reelfoot but always looking for a reason to go somewhere and try a different lake. PM me when you get know more about when.

I meant to behave, but there were just way too many other options available at the time.

This thread is a trap! lol. Will do on Reelfoot!

Was a little windy, water was pretty choppy, but I didn't go to far away, and stayed near the bank. I found a couple inlets that were protected from the wind and waves. That didn't give me the chance to catch any fish of any size, but I caught a lot of small ones, plus it was a nice day. I hope the winds lay-down a bit soon. Was talking to a couple (nice folks, I told them about CDC) on the ramp (they got a tour of the bus too) said there's supposed to be a cold front hit Friday.

Deer, was pretty far away, I'm surprised it even showed in the pic.

Caught a few bass this size, and several bream.

Haven't hung it up yet. Took advantage of the great weather on Wednesday and got in some fishing. Caught 6 different kinds of fish in 2 hours all on the same micro jig/soft plastic combo. White bass, bluegill, perch, crappie, smallmouth bass, and northern pike. Took home 2 real nice smallmouth and a dozen crappie/gills. What a great day it was.

It is not about the equipment you have to use,
It is about how you use the equipment you have. :D

Nice smallie slabs! Windy as heck today, but at least sunny and warmer than yesterday. Got out for a bit today, got my biggest fish so far. Water was so rough and wind so strong I just beached it and cast from shore (after marking fish on the FF). Top hatch cover is 18" long (I should have spun the fish inline with it for better scale), but I measured the fish, and the hatch on the pic, that's a 17" bass.

Little white bass I caught shortly after

Clear skies and sunny in Western Kentucky, windy on the water. Well, gonna have a catfish dinner tonight! 21" long on ultralight tackle was a pretty good tussle. Caught 2 bass, but tossed 'em back. Failed to mention, but catching the bass on Chartreuse Curly-Tail bodies on Beetle-Spins. Got the cat on Superworms. Gonna have to hit a tackle shop, lost 3 baits on the same snag.

nope..I just a garmin echo 200...I need to mount on my kayak..
I hope to fish all winter...just need to find time..

for the most part the waters don't freeze around here..its not too hard to stay warm for an hour or so in 30ish degrees..
i wish I had pictures of fish that I've caught..but it might only be one or two photos..just not much time for fishing since may..
